tsp garlic powder

tsp olive oil

oz rigatoni pasta

tsp onion powder
cup chicken broth

skinless boneless chicken breast

tbsp butter
tsp dried italian seasoning

tsp red pepper flake

cup yellow onion
tbsp flour

tsp paprika

tbsp tomato paste

cup fresh spinach

cup sun dried tomato halves
Instructions
0 Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Massage olive oil over both sides of the chicken breast. Sprinkle paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper on the chicken. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until the inside temperature is 165 degrees. 1 Remove the chicken and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Lower the heat to low and put butter, diced onions, and tomato paste in the skillet. Stir and cook the onions for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle in the flour and mix well. Cook this mixture for 2-3 minutes. 2 Pour in the red pepper flakes, chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, and sun dried tomatoes. Whisk it all together and bring to a simmer so it gets thicker. Toss in the parmesan cheese and spinach, cooking until the cheese is completely melted and the spinach is soft. 3 Put the cooked pasta and chicken into the skillet. Mix everything together really well. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
