0 Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil. Once melted, add the sliced onions and cook over low to medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and caramelized. 1 Stir in the orzo, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente. 2 Add the diced cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Lower the heat and stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth. 3 Fold in the cooked chicken and French fried onions.
