What you need
cup broccoli

cup yellow onion

skinless boneless chicken breast

tbsp butter

tbsp olive oil

cup cheddar cheese

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tsp seasoned salt

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp onion powder
tsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
0 Cook the pasta following package instructions and parboil the broccoli for about 4–5 minutes. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and chicken, seasoning with seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 7–9 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches 165 degrees. Transfer the chicken mixture out of the skillet. 1 Turn the heat down to low and melt the butter in the same skillet. Stir in the flour until a paste forms, then cook the roux for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2 Add the heavy cream and whisk until the sauce begins to thicken. Season with chicken bouillon powder. 3 Just before the sauce reaches a boil, slowly stir in the cheese a little at a time until fully melted and smooth. 4 Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add them to the sauce along with the cooked chicken. Mix well, serve, and enjoy!View original recipe
