Taco spaghetti is a quick and flavorful dinner recipe that combines tender pasta with seasoned ground beef, taco spices, and melted cheese for a fun twist on taco night.
0 Cook the spaghetti noodles, per the package instructions. In a large skillet over medium high heat add the ground beef, onions and bell peppers. Cook until no pink is visible then drain off the grease and set aside.
1 In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add in the evaporated milk. Once the milk starts to heat up, add in small amounts of the Monterey Jack cheese while stirring until fully melted and smooth. Once all the cheese is blended, pour in the cornstarch mixed with equal parts cold water. Stir to thicken.
2 Add the meat back to the cheese sauce, along with the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Add in the drained noodles and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
