Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Add the butter and olive oil to a large pot over medium high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the diced carrots, onions, and celery. Cook the vegetables until they begin to soften, about 10–12 minutes.
Sprinkle in the flour and stir until it is fully incorporated and dissolved. Continue stirring frequently and allow the roux to cook for about 2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, then add the chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken and cream of chicken soup. Bring the soup to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Drain the noodles and add them to the soup. Stir well to combine, then serve and enjoy!
