These Johnny Marzetti Casserole is a hearty classic Midwestern baked pasta with seasoned ground beef, egg noodles, and a rich tomato meat sauce baked under a golden, melty layer of cheddar cheese.
0 Cook the pasta per package instructions. Add the diced onions and bell peppers to a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions start to soften, then add in the ground beef and cook until all the pink is gone. Drain off the grease.
1 Pour in the pasta sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, and petite diced tomatoes. Stir until well combined.
2 Add the cooked and drained pasta, stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese and top with the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
