This Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf is a juicy, flavor packed dinner made with simple pantry ingredients, topped with a sweet and smoky glaze, and on the table in just over an hour
Combine the Stove Top Stuffing and whole milk in a large mixing bowl and stir together. Allow the mixture to rest for 2-3 minutes until the crumbs have fully absorbed the milk, then crack in the two eggs and stir until incorporated.
Add the ground beef, onions, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and Heinz 57 to the bowl. Using clean hands, mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to a 7x11 casserole dish and form it into a loaf shape. A loaf pan may also be used as an alternative.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. During this time, prepare the glaze by combining the ketchup, bbq sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the glaze evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
