Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
5 mins prepServes 6
This Philly Cheesesteak Pasta combines tender beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and a rich, creamy cheese sauce tossed with pasta for the ultimate comfort meal.
0 Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
1 In a large pot set over medium heat, warm the olive oil, then add the sliced pepper, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
2 Add the ground beef and cook until it’s fully browned with no pink remaining. Drain the excess grease, then season with Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
3 Lower the heat and stir in the evaporated milk and heavy cream. When the mixture begins to gently simmer, add the cheese—saving a bit for the topping—and stir until melted. Season the sauce to taste with seasoned salt (it doesn’t take much) Turn off the heat and allow the sauce to sit and thicken slightly.
4 Drain the cooked pasta and fold it into the sauce. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top, cover the pot until it melts, then serve and enjoy.
