Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
5 mins prepServes 4
These Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops feature juicy bone in pork chops cooked in a parmesan crust and topped with a ranch, parmesan and mozzarella cheese mixture.
0 Season the pork chops evenly on both sides using 2 teaspoons seasoned salt and 2 teaspoons onion powder.
1 Spread the panko breadcrumbs onto a plate and mix in 1 teaspoon seasoned salt. Place the scrambled egg into a shallow dish with raised edges.
2 Coat each pork chop in the egg, flipping to cover both sides. Allow excess egg to drip off, then press the pork chops into the breadcrumbs, coating completely and pressing along the sides. Place on a clean plate.
3 Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. When the oil is hot, sear the pork chops for 5–6 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
4 Combine the ranch dressing, provolone cheese, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Evenly spoon the mixture over each pork chop.
5 Transfer to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil on high for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm and enjoy.
