5 mins prepServes 5
This easy Taco Mac is a cheesy, one-pot pasta dinner made with ground beef, taco spices, and macaroni. It’s a quick and family-friendly recipe perfect for busy weeknights!
0 In a large skillet over medium high heat add the onions, bell peppers, and ground beef. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat. Drain off any excess grease and season with the packet of taco seasoning.
1 Add in the can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomato sauce, beef broth, whole milk, and shell pasta. Stir until well combined then bring to a simmer over low heat. Cover the skillet and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Be sure to stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
2 Once the pasta is cooked, add in the shredded cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
