Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Skewers
10 mins prepServes 5
Hot honey chicken skewers are juicy, tender bites of chicken coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, delivering the perfect balance of heat and honey in every bite.
0 Preheat air frier to 400 degrees. Dice the chicken breasts into 2-inch cubes. Place them into a small mixing bowl and drizzle on the olive oil and season with the seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until each piece of chicken is coated in seasoning.
1 Tread about 6-7 pieces of chicken onto each skewer and spray the bottom of the air frier with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken skewers into the air frier and cook for 7 minutes then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes until the internal temp reached 165 degrees.
2 While the chicken is cooking, add the mayo, honey, ranch seasoning, hot sauce, red chili flakes and dried dill to a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
3 Once the chicken is done, baste both sides of the chicken skewers with the hot honey ranch sauce and allow them to sit in the hot air frier for 1 minute while the sauce melts into the chicken. Serve & enjoy!
