Garlic Butter Pizza Pasta Bowls
5 mins prepServes 5
Garlic Butter Pizza Pasta Bowls are made with tender pasta loaded with your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni, sausage, and melted cheese, all served in garlic bread bowls.
0 Cut center out of bread boules. Cook pasta per package instructions, drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the ground beef and onions. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat and then drain off any excess grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Add jar of marinara sauce, bacon, pepperoni and cooked/drained pasta. Stir to combine.
2 In a small bowl add the melted butter and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, stir until combined. Brush the inside and outside of each bread bowl with the butter mixture then place some mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the bowl.
3 Place a serving of pasta in the bread bowl and top with more mozzarella cheese, bacon, and pepperoni. Repeat for each bowl.
4 Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has a slight golden-brown crust. Serve & enjoy!
