0 Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to form chicken cutlets. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on both sides then season both sides of the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt.
1 In a large skillet over medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the chicken in the skillet and allow it to sear 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature is 165. Place the chicken on a plate and set it aside.
2 In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the butter. Make sure to leave all the seasoning from cooking the chicken in the bottom of the pan. Once the butter is fully melted, add the minced garlic and allow it to sauté for 30 seconds or until it becomes fragrant. Add in the flour, stirring together with the butter and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
4 Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Constantly stir until it comes to a simmer and all the cheese is melted.
3 Add the chicken cutlets back to the skillet and top with bacon bits andgarlic parmesan sauce. Serve and enjoy!
