These Club Sandwich Sliders are made with thinly sliced cooked turkey and ham, juicy tomatoes, fresh lettuce, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and mayo, all nestled between toasted dinner rolls.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the bacon down without overlapping it. Cook for 12-16 minutes or until it is fully cooked and crispy. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to cool, lightly pat bacon with paper towel to soak up excess grease if necessary.
Place the dinner rolls on a cutting board and cut through the middle to create an equal top and bottom half. Add a generous amount of mayonnaise to the inner part of the rolls and spread it evenly with a butter knife. Place the rolls face up on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast in the oven at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes until slightly golden-brown and crispy.
Once slightly cooled, spread another generous amount of mayonnaise on the top and bottom sections of the rolls. Then place the turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon on the bottom section of the rolls and place the top section on top to form a sandwich.
Cut the rolls into individual sliders, serve and enjoy!
