This Cheeseburger Ravioli is cheesy, hearty, and loaded with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and Rotel all tossed with cheese ravioli in a rich homemade cheddar cream sauce.
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the ground beef and onions and cook until no pink remains. Remove the beef from the skillet and drain the grease.
Turn the heat down to low, then add the olive oil and butter. Once melted, sprinkle in the flour and stir until everything is combined. Let the roux cook for 2-3 minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste.
Pour in the heavy cream and whisk continuously until it's just about to simmer. Add the cheese in small handfuls, stirring after each addition until fully melted. Season the cheese sauce with onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, and seasoned salt.
Add the ground beef, rotel and bacon crumbles back into the skillet and stir until combined. Add the cooked ravioli and gently stir until everything is evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
