In a skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil and chicken. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 7–8 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F internally, then remove it from the pan.
Melt the butter in the same skillet, then add the peas and carrots. Crack in the eggs and scramble, cooking until the eggs are completely cooked through.
Stir in the rice, soy sauce, cooked chicken, and teriyaki baste and glaze. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and black pepper as needed.
