Stir in the orzo, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente.
Add the diced cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Lower the heat and stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Fold in the cooked chicken and French fried onions. Stir to combine, then serve warm and enjoy.
